We recently moved interstate, from Adelaide to Brisbane, and asked Total Care Movers to help us moving our belongings. Andrew, with whom we... interacted was extremely professional, responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs amid the recurring COVID lockdowns and our tight timing. The team he sent to empty our house took extra care of our furniture and very fragile heirlooms, ensuring that nothing would be damaged during their journey to the sunshine state. Although we have been moving from one house to another quite frequently over the past decade, using services provided by other removalists, I have never dealt with a company as dedicated and proficient in their trade as Total Care Movers. Furthermore, their price was very competitive compared to other providers, especially considering the level of service provided.read more

We had a team deliver our household items last week after being packed by a different company and in storage for 3 years. These guys really new their... stuff - safely and cleverly maneuvering large, heavy furniture. They clearly take pride in their work- identifying possible problems and communicating and documenting these very well. We had a few issues, through no fault of TCM, yet they totally went out of their way to ensure the information, including photos, were to the right people to make the process as easy as possible for us. We shifted house on 24/04/2021. We were very happy with the service. They arrived on time and got straight into it. It was a difficult shift with... multiple steps and a long uphill driveway. There was no moaning or groaning- the 3 gentlemen just did it. Total Care Movers assisted me in locating and retrieving a box of my possessions that was delivered to the wrong customer back in February. My... original mover is a big name, well known company that made a mistake and a box of my belongings ended up in a storage unit for 10 months due to interstate restrictions and border closures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Total Care Movers stepped in to find and retrieve my belongings, even though it was not their responsibility or mistake and today delivered my box of items to my house at no extra cost to me. Due to great communication and effort, I was finally able to get my items back no hassle and I greatly appreciate that they were able to deliver my things to me and knew exactly where my box was the entire time and dropped it off in person to me today. Well, where do I start - Michael and his staff are absolutely awesome, they do their best to help and are happy to accommodate as much as possible... should situations change. They helped our family so much! Our elderly mum needed to move and they checked in regularly to see how they could help as her situation changed with a delayed settlement issue. The guys at total care movers definitely took a lot of the stress out of my move. I liked the fact that they took time out of their day to come and... do a personalised quote instead of a basic quote off the internet like other companies. Michael was really great to deal with and always got back to me and was very flexible with my constant change of plans. The guys who actually did the move and picked up and delivered my stuff were friendly, professional, punctual and took good care of my stuff. After a very complicated settlement and a last minute cancellation from another removalist I contacted total care Movers in a hysterical panic. They... were awesome!! So professional and friendly. I was made to feel like one of the family on such a hectic day. My fridge wouldn't fit through any of the doors. The boys had to lift it over the fence and remove the doors and put them back on just to get it in. They didnt stop until it was all done..nothing was too hard for them. Nothing was damaged . It was an amazing easy experience on such a stressful day. Thank you all so much. My family and I Truly appreciate it more than anything. Amazing removalist. I have had them move me a few times now and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They are fast, reliable, careful with goods,... great bunch of lads and they get the job done without piss farting around. I've moved many times I've the years and always had removalist that take so long trying to bump up their hours for a larger payment, I've had careless removers and ended up with my items damaged and I can say these guy were completely the opposite and for such a fair price.Thankyou TCM you have restored my faith that there are decent removalists out there.
