Total Care Movers assisted me in locating and retrieving a box of my possessions that was delivered to the wrong customer back in February. My... original mover is a big name, well known company that made a mistake and a box of my belongings ended up in a storage unit for 10 months due to interstate restrictions and border closures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Total Care Movers stepped in to find and retrieve my belongings, even though it was not their responsibility or mistake and today delivered my box of items to my house at no extra cost to me. Due to great communication and effort, I was finally able to get my items back no hassle and I greatly appreciate that they were able to deliver my things to me and knew exactly where my box was the entire time and dropped it off in person to me today. Well, where do I start - Michael and his staff are absolutely awesome, they do their best to help and are happy to accommodate as much as possible... should situations change. I liked the fact that they took time out of their day to come and... do a personalised quote instead of a basic quote off the internet like other companies. After a very complicated settlement and a last minute cancellation from another removalist I contacted total care Movers in a hysterical panic. They... were awesome!! So professional and friendly. I was made to feel like one of the family on such a hectic day. My fridge wouldn't fit through any of the doors. The boys had to lift it over the fence and remove the doors and put them back on just to get it in. They didnt stop until it was all done..nothing was too hard for them. Nothing was damaged . Logi and all of the employees at Total Care Movers made our difficult move as easy as possible. Our entire experience with TCM was brilliant, from... the initial interactions before the move (free boxes), helping coordinate a difficult move over 2 days into a 2 stores house with very difficult access and carefully moving very heavy and awkward items upstairs and through tight accesses. We moved a huge dining table, a piano and 2 refrigerators with no complaints and nothing broken. At one point, they called in extra help and there were eight movers working to complete the bulk of the job on the first day. TCM are great! I’ve used them twice now. Last weekend they did two full truck loads to my new property which is a 15 minute drive in 5 hours. I... picked up boxes, tape and paper from them late last year and they also provided wardrobe boxes as well.. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if I ever do again, I’ll be sure to use them! 😊👍read more

Stress and hassle free removalists - Consistantly went above and beyond, amazing attention to detail.Luke, Andrew and the team really made my move... a breeze through their communication, attention to detail and skilled removalists.From the start I felt like I was in good hands;- They sent out Andrew who provided me with an ample amount of boxes, packing tape and permanent markers.- Andrew provided me with a quote and was completely transparent on the how they charge and even gave me tips on how to reduce any time delays.- The team kept in total contact with me throughout the process and kept me updated with any relevant information- On the day of the move the two removalists reviewed all of my fragile property and had ample amounts of packing foam, specialist boxes for fragile technical gear (computers, TVs etc) on hand ready to go.- The two removalists were efficient, polite and made the whole process a breeze.These guys will be my go-to movers from here on out. Just finished moving house with Total Care Movers. So impressed with service.Moving is never easy, but after being quoted by the owner ( that... itself is impressive), the job was done in the time estimated, and at the price quoted. No hidden costs. Every thing was taken very good care of, and fragiles were covered with padding. All mattresses and pillows were covered in plastic as well. The guys doing the move were hard working, and cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble.. and a nice surprise when the owner popped in to see how things were going. If you need to move, and are looking for a reliable, trustworthy company, then you can't go wrong with Total Care Movers... Highly recommendedread more
