I liked the fact that they took time out of their day to come and... do a personalised quote instead of a basic quote off the internet like other companies. Michael was really great to deal with and always got back to me and was very flexible with my constant change of plans. After a very complicated settlement and a last minute cancellation from another removalist I contacted total care Movers in a hysterical panic. They... were awesome!! So professional and friendly. I was made to feel like one of the family on such a hectic day. My fridge wouldn't fit through any of the doors. The boys had to lift it over the fence and remove the doors and put them back on just to get it in. They didnt stop until it was all done..nothing was too hard for them. Nothing was damaged . TCM are great! I’ve used them twice now. Last weekend they did two full truck loads to my new property which is a 15 minute drive in 5 hours.
